1️⃣If you cannot speak Japanese, please enter the store with someone who can speak Japanese and can interpret.
You will be seated with your interpreter and only one person per interpreter will be allowed in.
The store’s system is explained in Japanese, see it.
Please be sure to read and understand it before coming.
Only one child may enter if accompanied by an adult.
If you have children, the explanations will be longer.
When making a reservation
For reservations, we may need to contact you on the day, so please make sure to provide your address and phone number in Japan.
Also, when contacting us, our staff will speak in Japanese, so please provide the phone number of someone who can speak Japanese.
Reservations cannot be made via international phone calls or addresses outside of Japan. Reservations cannot be made via the phone number or address of your hotel.
If you are visiting Japan for a trip or short stay, you can only make a reservation by private reservation.

If you rent the entire facility, a rental fee will be charged.
Weekdays:18,000 yen
Weekends and holidays:20,000 yen
Only one child may enter if accompanied by an adult.
If you have children, the explanations will be longer.
※The price does not change depending on the number of people. (Price is for 1 to 3 people.)
There are conditions for exclusive use.
・Up to 3 people
・Advance reservations are required.
・Reservations are limited to 50-minute courses.
・During the rental time, staff will explain the system using a translation device.（Since there is time for explanation, the total time to interact with the rabbits is not 50 minutes. It is about 30 to 35 minutes. It may be shorter or longer depending on the customer.）
・You cannot enter the store outside of the reserved time. (For example, the reserved time fee will be charged even if you are late. Also, if you arrive early, you will have to wait until the reserved time before entering the store.)
・This is a private reservation, so cancellations are not possible. Even if you cancel, the private reservation fee will be charged.
・Payment must be made in advance. Once the date is decided, you can pay by credit card, bank transfer, or by bringing the money directly to the store.
Rental fees must be paid at least 24 hours prior to booking.
Your reservation will be confirmed after payment. Please note that we cannot cancel or refund your payment.
・If you do not follow the instructions of staff or cannot follow the system, you will be asked to leave without a refund.

Lastly,Our store has the most detailed system. It was made for the rabbits, for our customers, and for our store. Some customers find the detailed system annoying, but we don’t think such people are suited to our store, so please only come if you are okay with the detailed system.
